The Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier will reopen with social distancing restrictions in place on Saturday for people wanting to fish.

The Pensacola Beach Casino (often called simply 'The Casino') was a community recreation complex on Santa Rosa Island and the first tourist attraction on Santa Rosa Island accessible by automobile. It cost $150,000 to build and was one of a series of projects by the Pensacola Bridge Corporation that included the Pensacola Bay Bridge and the Santa Rosa Sound Bridge. Located on Pensacola Beach, Florida, Casino Beach Bar & Grille features Caribbean style dining, live entertainment and spectacular views. Apr 10, 2019 After more than six months of construction, Pensacola Beach pier leaseholder Mike Pinzone hopes to debut his expanded pier building in time for the busy summer season. Pinzone is adding two stories. Pensacola Beach Pier is conveniently located on Casino Beach just seconds from entertainment for the whole family. The pier is 1,471 feet long. Several establishments are within walking distance that provide food and entertainment for all ages!

The pier, which closed in March, will be reopening Saturday from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset, Escambia County announced in a press release Wednesday afternoon.
